OPEN POSITIONS
COMPRESSOR COMMISSIONING PLC ENGINEER
- Perform PLC programming, modification, troubleshooting, and control system support during compressor commissioning.
- Develop and maintain PLC logic (LUA SCRIPT), HMI, and SCADA .
- Integrate compressor control systems with DCS platforms using communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, and Ethernet/IP.
- Execute instrument installation verification, calibration, loop checking, and I/O validation for compressor package instrumentation.
- Perform functional testing of compressor control panels, anti-surge systems, interlocks, and protection systems.
- Support FAT, SAT, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup activities for compressor packages.
- Troubleshoot PLC, instrumentation, and compressor control system issues during startup and operation.
- Prepare loop folders, calibration reports, system backups, and as-built documentation, and coordinate with engineering, commissioning teams, OEM vendors, and clients during project execution.

COMPRESSOR COMMISSIONING INSTRUMENT ENGINEER/TECH
- Perform installation verification, calibration, and commissioning of field instruments associated with compressor packages, including pressure, temperature, flow, and vibration instruments.
- Execute loop checking, I/O verification, and signal validation between field instruments, marshalling panels, and control systems. Carry out functional testing and calibration of control valves, transmitters, switches, and analyzers as per project specifications.
- Support testing and commissioning of compressor instrumentation systems, including anti-surge control instrumentation, shutdown systems, and interlocks.
- Assist in pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup activities of compressor packages in coordination with engineering and commissioning teams.
- Troubleshoot instrumentation and control-related issues during installation, commissioning, and startup phases. Ensure proper installation practices, tagging, and documentation of all field instruments in accordance with project standards and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain loop folders, calibration records, test reports, and as-built documentation. Coordinate with PLC/DCS engineers, OEM vendors, and client representatives to ensure seamless integration and operation of compressor instrumentation systems.

COMMISSIONING PLC ENGINEER

- Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, and startup activities
- Troubleshoot PLC and control system issues
- Coordinate with engineering, commissioning, and client teams
- Prepare documentation, backups, and as-built updates
- Support offshore and onshore project execution as required

- Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, including system readiness checks
- Configure and implement Honeywell DCS control logic, graphics, alarms, and databases
- Perform I/O loop checks, signal verification, and field validation
- Execute functional testing, interlock checks, and system integration testing
- Perform logic modifications in Honeywell DCS, SIS, and HMI systems
- Participate in FAT/SAT, system energization, and startup activities
- Troubleshoot DCS hardware, software, and communication issues
- Support process stabilization and system handover
- Prepare commissioning documentation and reports

COMMISSIONING ICSS ENGINEER
- Lead integration of all third-party packages into Honeywell ICSS/DCS systems
- Configure and validate Modbus communication and data mapping
- Perform logic modifications in DCS, SIS, and HMI systems as per client requirements
- Execute Cold Loop and Hot Loop testing for ICSS/DCS/ESD/FGS systems
- Perform I/O checks, sequence validation, and cause & effect testing
- Verify field instrumentation signals from field to HMI/IOPS
- Conduct Fire & Gas system testing, including detector checks and shutdown validation
- Perform valve feedback checks (control valves, MOVs, shutdown valves)
- Coordinate across DCS, PLC, ESD, and FGS systems
- Interface with vendors, field teams, and commissioning teams
- Manage integration of PMS and third-party systems with DCS
